      TAI CHI FOR BODY MIND AND SPIRIT

      This is a short description for the event describing what it's about
      location_on Miller Park Shelter #10 access_time Noon - 1:00 PM

      This is an ongoing class.
      Registration is requested, but not required.

      Cost is $4 per class for Shepherd Center Members,
      and $5 per class for non-members

      Taught by Sandy Seeber

      The focus of this class is on "Tai Chi as Medicine," and to learn practices which enhance balance, strengthen organs, foster healing, promote relaxation, stretch connective tissue, and promote connectivity with nature and one another.

      DIRECTIONS TO SHELTER #10:
      From Hawthorne Road, take Knollwood Street (which connects to Hawthorne directly across from Food Lion) and head towards Moore School and Thruway Shopping Center. Turn right on Snyder Garden Street, which immediately dead ends into a Miller Park parking lot. As you walk from the parking lot into the park, Shelter #10 will be visible slightly to the left of Shelter #1 which will be directly in front of you..

    FOR ALL CLASSES HELD AT OTHER LOCATIONS, NO CLASS IF FORSYTH TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE IS CLOSED

    CLASS CANCELLATIONS


    If Three Treasures Tai Chi LLC or other sponsor(s) reschedule or cancel classes, workshops, retreats or events, the fee paid but no other expenses incurred by those registered are refundable. Notification of any change in classes, workshops, retreats or events are usually made to those who have provided active emails to us for our email list in the link provided on our home page at www.threetreasures.org Every effort is made to insure that the instructor(s) listed teach the classes, workshops, retreats or events. However, circumstances beyond our control may not permit all instructors listed to be present to teach on the dates scheduled.
