Mondays at the Shepherd’s Center 07:00-08:00P. $20 per month. The first class is free for new students. Students pay $20 per calendar month regardless of whether 1 class or 4 classes are attended. Shepherd's Center members pay $16 per month. Unused classes cannot be carried to the next session. The Monday night class is not limited to students age 50 and above. Any one can attend this class. Fridays, St. Timothy's Episcopal Church. 12 Noon-01:00P Free. Class is free with donations requested. This is an ongoing, supportive class suitable for beginners, drop ins, and regular practitioners. We practice the Primordial Qigong (Heaven and Earth) Form, which is easy for beginners to follow, and learn movements from a simplified Chen Tai Chi form. The class is taught by David Harold. Arbor Acres, 1240 Arbor Rd, Winston-Salem, NC, 27104. The class is at the Gathering Place. Ask the Welcome Center Attendant to direct participants to the Corpening Parking Lot. Walk under the breezeway and enter through the automatic door. Go down the hall to the elevators and up to the fourth floor. The Gathering Place will be to the left as you exit the elevator.
Knollwood Baptist Church 330 Knollwood Street, Winston Salem, NC 27104. Knollwood Knollwood Baptist Church is located in Winston-Salem on Knollwood Street, one block north of Business 40, between Thruway Shopping Center and Country Club Road.
Piedmont Plaza One at Five Points-Second Floor-Piedmont Plaza One-Large Research Conference Room. Inside Piedmont Plaza One, get off the elevator at the second floor. Turn right, go to the hallway ends, turn left and the large research conference room is the next to last door on the left before the hallway ends.

Sandy Seeber’s office. 112 North Spruce Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. The number on the front of my building is 114 South Spruce. 112 South Spruce is upstairs which can only be accessed from the back of the building. There is a keypad lock on the door. The combination is 2468. There is a 112 North Spruce Street. If your GPS or MapQuest accidentally directs you to this address, from this point cross over 1st street and 114/112 will be the third building on the right.
St. Timothy's is located at 2575 Parkway Drive, Winston-Salem, NC. From Business 40 West, take the Knollwood St exit. Take a left at the top of the exit. Cross Stratford Road and railroad tracks, and proceed on Knollwood 4 blocks further to Parkway Drive. Turn left, and the church is directly ahead. From I-40 East, follow signs to Winston-Salem and Business 40 to Knollwood St. Go South on Knollwood and proceed as above.
Shepherd’s Center, 1700 Ebert Street, 27103. Take Silas Creek Parkway South from Business 40. Go to Ebert Street just before Forsyth Tech. Take a right on Ebert Street Look for the Shepherd’s Center on the right.
Washington Park. From Broad Street, take Vintage Avenue until it dead ends into the Park. Go down the steps to the shelter for Tai Chi.
Winston-Salem Yoga Therapy, 2424 Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem, NC, 27106. From Silas Creek North take Silas Creek Parkway north to the intersection of Reynolda Road. You are facing the entrance to Wake Forest University.Turn left on Reynolda Rd. Pass the Entrance to the Reynolda Business Center and BB & T on your left. Look for Henning Street on your left (Sylvan Learning Center is located there.) Turn as if you are turning into Henning, but instead make a U-turn on Reynolda Rd.Take a right into the next drive way. We are the second house back--a one story brick house with big windows.

Notification of any change in classes, workshops, retreats or events are usually made to those who have provided active emails to us for our email list in the link provided on our home page at www.threetreasures.org Every effort is made to insure that the instructor(s) listed teach the classes, workshops, retreats or events. However, circumstances beyond our control may not permit all instructors listed to be present to teach on the dates scheduled. If the classes, workshops, retreats or events are held as stated above, we regret that no refunds are possible due to the fixed costs of these classes, workshops, retreats or events.
